Integrated Professional Audio and Signal Conversion
Unlike standard production monitors, the MT22DS P3 features dual full-size 3-pin XLR audio outputs with 48V phantom power. This allows production teams to embed high-quality audio directly into the SDI stream for live streaming or remote monitoring. The monitor also functions as a powerful signal hub, offering bidirectional cross-conversion between its two 3G-SDI inputs and its HDMI input. This eliminates the need for external conversion boxes, allowing you to output HDMI-in signals via SDI-out (and vice versa) with minimal latency.
Versatile Power Solutions and Rugged Build
Built to withstand the rigors of location work, the monitor is housed in a CNC-machined aluminum alloy shell that facilitates fast heat dissipation without the need for noisy fans. On the rear, the monitor features dual V-Mount or Gold Mount plates (depending on the model) for long-duration field power, alongside a standard 4-pin XLR 12-24V DC input. A standout Portkeys innovation is the inclusion of built-in Sony NP-F battery plates that offer pass-through power, allowing you to mount and power wireless video receivers (like those from Teradek or Hollyland) directly from the monitor’s power source.
