Pasquale MazzonePurchased a used expensive camera from them last month from Cyprus. The transaction was delicate due to the value of the item and my due diligence before purchase. Their staff especially Kalan was extremely professional, friendly and fully satisfying my requests and I finally got the camera in Cyprus after a few days. To reassure me they sent me private videos of the camera and its functionality before payment and this really helped me in my decision and purchasing process. Thanks a lot and wish doing business with you again!Posted on Google

Kalan was fantastic—he took the time to walk me through everything and made sure I felt comfortable with using the camera monitor I purchased. The entire team, was so friendly and attentive, creating such a positive environment. I’m truly grateful for the exceptional service. Thank you Cine Photo Tools!Posted on Google

Disappointed in the service I received. I went in store to purchase items which were in stock on their website, and it was not available in store, which is fine. But, when I asked about the website saying the items were all in stock, it was dismissed as though there was no fault on their side. I was told that anything can be purchased online and we'll just refund you. The website stock should be managed as this isn't the service people expect, and could have saved me the trip to the store or someone else waiting for a refund. It makes me hesitant to make any purchases on their website. I received no apologies for the inconvenience.Posted on Google
The Amped Life with ChrisOrdered an item with a 5 week backorder / lead time at stores nationwide, which I needed asap. The team managed to procure and deliver this item within one week. Awesome follow-up, great service. Very friendly, professional, and committed to meeting specific needs of a customer. Chris, Stellenbosch SA
