Dual Motor Control
The Nucleus Nano II Control Handle provides two additional channels of wireless lens control through its focus dial and joystick. This allows cinematographers to control two compatible Nucleus Series motors directly from the handle without requiring the separate Hand Wheel Controller.
The focus dial provides dedicated control for one motor, while the joystick can be assigned to another compatible motor. This makes the Control Handle particularly useful for camera operators and solo filmmakers who need direct access to multiple lens functions while maintaining control of the camera.
Expandable Four-Motor Control
When combined with the Nucleus Nano II Hand Wheel Controller, the Control Handle becomes part of a larger multi-motor control system capable of operating up to four motors. This can provide simultaneous control over focus, iris, zoom and a compatible Mirage VND, giving cinematographers greater flexibility when working with complex lens setups.
The Control Handle’s NATO connection can also supply power to the Nano II Hand Wheel when the two are connected, helping extend the operating time of the Hand Wheel.

The Control Handle features a 1/4″-20 mounting thread with locating points, allowing it to be integrated into compatible shoulder rigs and camera configurations. Its top cold shoe receiver can also be used with compatible accessories for creating a compact focus-pulling station.
