The Used On-Stage MS7701B Euro Boom Microphone Stand is a versatile microphone support stand designed for studio recording, live sound, stage performances, rehearsals, podcasting and general audio production. Its combination of a stable tripod base and removable boom arm provides flexible microphone positioning while remaining easy to transport and store.
The stand features a height adjustment range of 32 to 61.5 inches (81–156cm) and a 30-inch (76cm) removable boom arm that can be angled to position a microphone precisely where it is needed. The boom uses a standard 5/8″-27 threaded end, making it compatible with a wide range of microphone clips, shock mounts and other standard microphone accessories.
Its hybrid construction combines a rugged leg housing with a lightweight design, while the tripod base provides a 23-inch (58cm) spread for stability. Folding legs allow the stand to collapse flat for convenient storage and transportation between recording sessions, studios and locations.

Height-Adjustable Design
The MS7701B features a height-adjustable centre shaft that allows the microphone to be positioned between approximately 32 and 61.5 inches.
The midpoint locking clutch provides a secure way to adjust the stand’s height while maintaining the microphone’s position during use.
Removable Euro Boom Arm
The included 30-inch boom arm provides additional reach and allows microphones to be positioned away from the centre of the tripod.
The boom can be adjusted in angle to accommodate different recording and performance requirements. It can also be removed when a conventional straight microphone stand configuration is preferred.
This makes the stand suitable for positioning microphones for vocals, acoustic instruments, guitar amplifiers, drums and other sound sources.
Stable Tripod Base
The MS7701B uses a 23-inch tripod base designed to provide a stable platform while keeping the stand relatively portable.
Its rubber end caps help prevent the stand from sliding while also reducing unwanted floor vibration transfer. The legs fold flat, making the stand easier to transport and store when not in use.
Professional Microphone Compatibility
The stand features a standard 5/8″-27 threaded microphone mounting point, allowing it to be used with a wide variety of microphone clips and shock mounts.
A microphone clip or shock mount is required to attach a microphone and is not included unless specifically listed.
