The Used AMBITFUL MF-01 Boom Arm is a heavy-duty telescopic boom arm designed for use with C-Stands and compatible light stands. Constructed from stainless steel, it provides an adjustable working length of 94 to 232cm, giving photographers and filmmakers extended reach for positioning lighting fixtures, modifiers, reflectors and other studio equipment.
With a maximum load capacity of up to 12kg, the MF-01 is designed to support a range of professional lighting equipment. Its extended reach makes it particularly useful for positioning hair lights, backlights, overhead lights and other fixtures away from the main stand.
The boom features a three-section telescopic design with tube diameters of approximately 25, 30 and 35mm. A half-round head and adjustable angle mechanism allow the boom to be positioned according to the requirements of the lighting setup.

Adjustable 94–232cm Working Length
The MF-01 provides a substantial range of adjustment, extending from approximately 94cm to 232cm. This allows the operator to choose the appropriate boom length depending on the size of the lighting fixture and the distance required from the stand.
When fully extended, the boom can provide over two metres of reach, making it particularly useful when a light needs to be positioned over or beside a subject while keeping the supporting C-Stand outside the shooting area.
Heavy-Duty Stainless-Steel Construction
The boom arm is constructed from stainless steel, providing a robust support structure suitable for professional studio and rental environments.
The arm weighs approximately 4.24kg, reflecting its heavy-duty construction. The three-section design uses progressively different tube diameters of approximately 25, 30 and 35mm.
Up to 12kg Load Capacity
The MF-01 is rated to support equipment weighing up to 12kg, making it suitable for a variety of professional lighting fixtures and accessories.
When using a boom arm at significant extension, the actual usable load should always be considered together with the capacity and footprint of the supporting C-Stand. A suitable counterweight or sandbag should also be used to maintain a stable setup.
Adjustable Boom Angle
The MF-01 incorporates an adjustable angle mechanism, allowing the boom to be positioned to suit different lighting configurations.
Its half-round head design provides additional flexibility when positioning a fixture above, beside or behind a subject.
C-Stand Compatibility
The MF-01 is designed to connect to a C-Stand or compatible light stand using its locking interface.
The boom arm can be used to extend the position of a light away from the stand, making it useful for overhead lighting, hair lights, backlights and other situations where conventional vertical stand positioning is restrictive.
