Description
To capture a “filmic look” through your digital camera, use this Schneider 4×5.65 Digicon 1 Glass Filter in front of your lens. It will optically raise black levels and lower highlights.
You’ll have access to a higher dynamic range than your camera can usually achieve just by adding this filter and compensating with in-camera/post-production gamma settings.
This results in more details being pulled from the dark and bright parts of your scene, without sacrificing any colour or resolution.
On a 35mm cine camera, this Schneider 4×5.65 Digicon 1 will produce a lower contrast film stock look.
With a strength of 1 this filter applies the above effects quite well.
