Description
Litegear LiteMat Spectrum 1 Gen 2 RGB LED Light Panel
The Litegear LiteMat Spectrum 4 Gen 2 RGB LED Light Panel is a professional full-colour LED soft light designed for demanding film, television, broadcast, stage, studio, and location productions. Combining a large 40 x 21.1-inch ultra-thin panel with 200W of output, advanced RGB colour control, and a 2000K to 11,000K CCT range, the LiteMat Spectrum 4 gives cinematographers and lighting technicians precise control over both white light and saturated colour.
Its four individually mappable large-format pixels, precision-calibrated electronics, smooth 0–100% dimming, and integrated LiteDimmer Spectrum controller make it equally suited to conventional cinematic illumination and advanced programmable lighting environments. The Schuko version supplied with this kit includes a Euro Type-F mains cable for convenient integration into compatible production power systems.
High-Output Soft Light for Professional Productions
With 200W nominal power and output reaching up to 7,510 lux at 1 metre at 5600K, the LiteMat Spectrum 4 provides substantial illumination from its broad 40 x 21.1-inch surface. Its approximately 53° beam angle produces a wide, usable spread of light for key lighting, fill, overhead illumination, background lighting, and large-area washes.
The rigid, lightweight and ultra-thin 1-inch profile makes the fixture practical for studio grids, stages, locations, and confined shooting environments where conventional fixtures may be difficult to position.
Full RGB Colour and 2000K–11,000K CCT
The LiteMat Spectrum 4 provides extensive colour control through its six-colour wide-gamut RGB system, allowing users to create saturated colours and precisely adjust hue and saturation. The wide 2000K to 11,000K CCT range provides everything from warm tungsten-style illumination to cool daylight and ambient sky tones.
Full plus/minus green tint adjustment further allows the fixture to be matched to other lighting sources, cameras, practical fixtures, or challenging ambient conditions.
Excellent Colour Accuracy
With an average CRI of 95 or greater and TLCI of 95 or greater, the LiteMat Spectrum 4 is engineered for professional image capture where consistent and accurate colour reproduction is essential. Precision-calibrated electronics help maintain consistency across the LiteMat Spectrum range.
Four Large-Format Mappable Pixels
A major advantage of the Gen 2 Spectrum 4 is its four large-format pixels. These can be individually controlled for pixel mapping and subtle CCT gradients, opening up creative possibilities beyond conventional single-zone LED fixtures. Firmware can also be updated to introduce improved functionality and performance over time.
Professional DMX, CRMX and Network Control
The included LiteDimmer Spectrum AC/DC 200 provides extensive control options for professional lighting environments.
The system supports:
- DMX
- RDM
- Wireless LumenRadio CRMX
- Art-Net
- sACN
- Manual onboard control
The controller also provides etherCON/RJ45 network connectivity, allowing the LiteMat Spectrum 4 to integrate into sophisticated lighting consoles and networked production environments.
AC/DC Power for Studio and Location
The LiteDimmer Spectrum AC/DC 200 supports 100–240V AC as well as 48V DC operation, giving production crews flexibility when working between studio and location environments. The controller can also accept a compatible 48V battery source, although the battery itself is not included.
The kit includes a 25-foot / 7.6m PDX cable, allowing the light head and controller to be positioned independently during rigging.
Large, Thin and Easy to Rig
Despite its substantial 40 x 21.1-inch surface area, the LiteMat Spectrum 4 is only approximately 1 inch / 25.4mm deep. The fixture weighs approximately 5.4kg, making it significantly easier to integrate into production rigs than many traditional large-format fixtures.
The included K-Mount, full, half and quarter diffusion options, PolySkirt and KitBag provide a complete starting package for professional production use.
The Litegear LiteMat Spectrum 4 Gen 2 combines high-output soft illumination with advanced RGB colour control, wide CCT adjustment, pixel mapping and professional lighting-network connectivity. With its ultra-thin profile and versatile AC/DC operation, it is an excellent solution for cinematographers, gaffers, broadcast professionals, studios, stages and commercial productions.
