Despite its compact size, the system captures detailed 24-bit / 48 kHz audio with a 70 dB signal-to-noise ratio and support for sound pressure levels up to 116 dB SPL. This ensures clear and natural recordings across a wide variety of shooting environments.
Reliable 2.4 GHz Wireless Transmission
Operating on the 2.4 GHz frequency band, the LARK M2S delivers stable wireless performance with a line-of-sight range of up to 1000′ (300m). Advanced RF interference-resistant circuitry helps maintain reliable audio transmission even in crowded wireless environments, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted recordings.
Environmental Noise Cancellation can be activated directly from the transmitters, helping reduce background distractions and improve vocal clarity when recording in busy locations.
Versatile Connectivity for Cameras and Mobile Devices
The Mini Combo version includes two receiver options for maximum flexibility.
The camera-mount receiver features a compact dual-channel design with a 3.5mm TRS output for direct connection to mirrorless cameras, cinema cameras, DSLRs, field recorders, and other recording devices. Users can switch between stereo and mono recording modes and adjust output levels directly on the receiver.
A USB-C plug-in receiver is also included for seamless operation with compatible Android and iOS mobile devices. Powered directly by the connected device, it provides a simple plug-and-play workflow for mobile content creation and livestreaming.
LarkSound App Integration
Using the LarkSound App, users can monitor system status, adjust volume levels, control noise cancellation settings, and perform firmware updates directly from a compatible smartphone. The app also enables playback monitoring without disconnecting the receiver from the device.
All-Day Battery Performance
Built for long production days, each transmitter delivers up to 9 hours of runtime on a single charge, while the camera receiver operates for up to 8.5 hours. The included charging case features a 1300mAh internal battery capable of recharging the complete system multiple times, extending total operating time to up to 30 hours.
The charging case stores both transmitters and receivers securely while keeping the system ready for the next shoot. Full charging takes less than 1.5 hours with the case or approximately 1 hour via USB-C.
