Purchased a used expensive camera from them last month from Cyprus. The transaction was delicate due to the value of the item and my due diligence before purchase. Their staff especially Kalan was extremely professional, friendly and fully satisfying my requests and I finally got the camera in Cyprus after a few days.
To reassure me they sent me private videos of the camera and its functionality before payment and this really helped me in my decision and purchasing process. Thanks a lot and wish doing business with you again!

Had an incredible experience on my first visit! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Kalan was fantastic—he took the time to walk me through everything and made sure I felt comfortable with using the camera monitor I purchased. The entire team, was so friendly and attentive, creating such a positive environment. I’m truly grateful for the exceptional service. Thank you Cine Photo Tools!

The best place in Cape Town for buying and hiring photography and video equipment. The staff go out of their way to give you the best service and you can trust that their judgement is in your best interest.

Disappointed in the service I received. I went in store to purchase items which were in stock on their website, and it was not available in store, which is fine. But, when I asked about the website saying the items were all in stock, it was dismissed as though there was no fault on their side. I was told that anything can be purchased online and we'll just refund you. The website stock should be managed as this isn't the service people expect, and could have saved me the trip to the store or someone else waiting for a refund. It makes me hesitant to make any purchases on their website. I received no apologies for the inconvenience.

Ordered an item with a 5 week backorder / lead time at stores nationwide, which I needed asap. The team managed to procure and deliver this item within one week. Awesome follow-up, great service. Very friendly, professional, and committed to meeting specific needs of a customer.
